Project Highlights

Part of the redevelopment of the existing Northgate Mall that opened its doors in April 1950, Central Park serves as a gathering spot in the center of this new development. It connects the future active retail and restaurants with the Seattle Kraken's NHL practice facility.

Landscape Construction

Working closely with the general contractor (Absher Construction), the ownership team (Simon Properties), and the designers (GGLO and Land Design), our team was able to create a stunning landscape in a true urban park. Careful plant selection, thoughtful soil amendments, and irrigation design helped create this unique outdoor living space.
